The Blaire Reinhard Band provides live entertainment for upscale weddings and events around the greater New York City area. Whether you need tasteful tunes for sipping cocktails or an all-night dance party, the BRB will make it happen.
Seasoned professionals in their own right, the BRB is anything but your typical society band—they're a group of family, friends, singers and songwriters who are actively involved in the East Coast independent music scene, and who also operate a boutique music production house for TV and film.
The BRB's core ensemble features five multi-tasking musicians, each a singer and an instrumentalist, together with a phenomenal horn section (scalable from one to three pieces). In addition to male and female lead vocals and multi-part harmonies, you'll hear combinations of electric and acoustic guitars; piano, organ and synth keyboards; saxophone, trumpet and trombone; bass, drums and percussion; harmonica and more. Our extensive songlist spans genres from classic rock, pop, motown and R&B, to alt rock, country, jazz, jam band, reggae... you name it. With hundreds of events under our belts, and equal parts pleasure and pride in our craft, the BRB is able to provide a fullness and versatility to rival (dare we say, surpass) larger "agency" bands. From your initial inquiry with us to our last note on your big day, you will be working hand-in-hand with bandleader Blaire to guarantee a uniquely personal experience, and a performance to remember.
Beyond the BRB, Blaire works as a composer, recording artist, and music supervisor for TV and film. Other members of the band have likewise been involved in exciting musical projects, including international tours, studio sessions with major label recording artists, prestigious NYC theater productions, live TV performances, and more. Collectively, we have worked alongside and/or shared the stage with Bruce Springsteen, Garland Jeffreys, John Popper, Richie Sambora, Stanley Clarke, Questlove, Les Paul, Alicia Keys, and the Saturday Night Live Band, to name a few. We have also co-written and performed orchestral and big band songs onstage with grandfather Doc Severinsen (former bandleader on The Tonight Show).
